House Locations?

Alright so I could probably just wait and see, but I am only level 12, and I wanted to know where there are houses/condos past "the hills" and how much (so I can save up). Also is the gated area with a lock on it also a house and what quest?

    There is only a hotel room in Vegas, it costs a couple of stars.

    Adding on, yes that is a quest. You will be invited to Headleys Party after filming the Time Alien series. The mansion is a staggering 300k, which I don't believe is worth it, but oh well.
