So a director asked me to film two comedy films but I already completed two sitcom. So my question is is sitcom a comedy film?

    You basically answered your own question (:. Sitcom & comedy are two different genres! What your looking for is when your agent calls and says they have a film coming up for a medical comedy, huge comedy role, etc.
