This game does not have entourages. You play Stardom: The A-List, which does have entourages.
If you have your own entourage, then you can send your friends to do things to help you for a small pay. This will earn you more XP and Stars, and when they level up their entourage level, they can do more things that give even more XP and stars.
You need active friends to do these tasks for you. If they are inactive then they will not be of any help to your entourage.
