I can't remember how I got the sheer top because the item placement is all the way at the bottom so it's not easy to see (atleast for me xD) but it's something you buy so I guess it came with the update? the free items I remember getting after the beach quest were the 2 piece blue bikini and the sky blue polkadot bathing suit

Hehe thanks! As for the hair do, she has this barnet all year round baby lol! Haha! I too wish I could pull off short hair that's why my starlet has it instead hahaa!

Ohh as for the sheer top you have to be on level 21 or higher to buy it ^_^

I think it does! I haven't got it yet either. I'm on level 20 so only one level away. I've just realised ... You can't send the swimwear as gifts o.O
