the plus and minus signs in front of your name.

in the news feeds, there are numbers in front of your name and in front of them there are positive and negative signs.
can any one tell me what they mean.

I believe it's how many ranks you've gained or lost.

For example: you was ranked #1 but you lost fans & you fell to rank #6. Next to your name it would say in red - 5

once the number was -560 or somthing but my rank did not change , maybe it means the amout of fans you lose ?

Nope, Samurai is correct. :0

I was rank #1 before the update, and after it I dropped to rank #7 and it shows a red -6.
The number one spot now shows a blue +9 meaning they were rank 10 before.
Everyone else under all mainly show a -1 for dropping a rank.

If it said -560, then it was a glitch.

Then my game is glitchy since i dont notice my rank changing much
