In-App Purchases

Hey y'all!! I absolutely love this game first off! However, I have done a few in-app purchases to get stars and now the game won't let me purchase the lower dollar amounts. For example, when I try the $9.99 it tells me that package has been purchased but not downloaded. Also, with the $19.99 it says that it isn't able to complete the purchase & to check my settings. It was just working. Thank you guys for the help!!

It could be a server blip. Where the purchases are having delayed reactions. Have you tried closing the game down completely? It may help Other than that the only thing I could advise is to submit a ticket, which you can do by clicking here. If you have been charged for these purchases but not received them the team will give you a refund/reimburse your purchases.
