Whenever I try to load my game, it takes forever and always ends up going back to zero before it hits %20!
It loads like: 0.1%, 0.2%, etc. I can't get on to my game due to the loader always resetting to zero. I got the most recent update, thinking it would help... But it didn't. So, what do I do??

The loading bar is meant to reset a few times but obviously it's not meant to take ages to finish loading
If you are playing on an iOS device Try refreshing icloud. You can see how to do that by following this thread: http://ggnbb.glu.com/showthread.php?57882-How-to-save-game-to-icloud
Also turning off the auto lock function and leaving it to run has worked for me in the past
