So in the LA airport there is the woman behind the desk. She has the yellow exclamation mark speech bubble. I've checked all the conversation I could have with her. I was wondering if this is ever supposed to be a quest thing or if I should just continue ignoring it.

I think she's just there to give you hints about when each location unlocks, which loses its purpose pretty quickly. I would continue ignoring it.

The air hostess is there to speak to you because certain locations require you to film a certain film before you can visit them. She will tell you if you have you done it or not
