Full heart on a date

Hi! I have a doubt about dates...

When you are about to start a date, your bf or gf tells you something like "I wasn't sure if I'd like this place but I really like it" or something, then you start the date and the heart bar gets a little pink.

So, I was wondering if you can do something to get a full heart just like when you audition for movies or like in the KK game.

I hope I explained myself right xD

The bonus heart feature is only available in KKH. Meanwhile you can get a bonus Star on projects by getting both lines correct in the audition
