Pay it Forward. And Its a Celebration Glitch

I just went up a level and I received a call from charlene. Its asking me to talk to flower. When I walked in the Flister wanted to come in so I invited him in. But he disappeared then all I see is anne smith and flower and anne wanted me to Pay It forward but the f lister is gone and all that flower could say is "wow hampton told you about me ?" and my response is "umm" and nothing else I'm stuck! I can't complete the tasks. HELP!!
