Not able to create a name for my character!

Well, what it says above. I try clicking on the window and on the name but the keyboard does not appear and I am never able to create and type in a name for my character. I am on a Samsung Galaxy On5, Android 5.1.1, I need help and fast please.

I have the exact same phone and I had no problem creating a name.

You need to just start playing and need to be told by your friend that Starbeans is hiring and you tell your name to the Starbeans boss.
