• I have that cat. It works just like a pet you'd buy from the pet store. The downtown apartment does allow pets (I have that apartment). The cat, along with any other pets you buy, will be in any residence you own. :)

• You actually can have pets in the downtown apartment. :) Also, all the cats and dogs cost stars. I adopted the cat in front of the neighborhood apartment, and it was about the same price, stars-wise, as the pets in the pet shop. • I think they should overhaul the dating system, and give you options. Like, giving them a phone call uses 5 energy and keeps them happy for 8 hours, and maybe make dating cost more but it keeps your boyfriend/girlfriend happy for two or three days, and so forth. Because it's ridiculous to have to go on a date with them…
