I had the same issue until I spent about 20 dollars more and was granted VIP status. Remember the free tickets they gave more than likely don't count toward you total. Hope this helps.

I'm at almost 600 spent and trying to be active in the forums so I maybe catch a VIP status. I would love the rewards they get and I read where guys are complaining about the rewards.
