Upgraded Skills on Legend Problem

I've sent a note to customer service.  Leveled up the skills of my legend to level 4 and it went back to level one overnight.  Take a look at your legend to make sure this doesn't happen to you too.

I leveled my legend up to i think 4 and the did the boosts and then it aaid my guy is a level 0 and the upgrade button is blank
