Is it just me or have the boxes during the week been extremely over priced for the loot?

Its because your odds are 100% for a player. Not the best, but a player lol

Yeah - price for a guaranteed player is OK, compared to the weekend crap shoot on getting anything from a 500 gold box. The miss here is the players in the box are unappealing other than attracting a daily bonus. 

Compare with a POW at stated odds of 50/50, you get a superior player for 2200 gold and bonus points for multiple events.

So I guess it is in line with other boxes we see - it's the guaranteed player element that is throwing the direct comparison.

I pulled Leake 3x and Gattis 3x but  I traded them both. No way I waste resources on 3 1/2 star players for a result much like what you're mentioning and they're not worth keeping.

Ive been lucky this weekend. 2 10% guys in 8 boxes. Haven't pulled Leake or Gattis. Makes up for the 4 potw boxes to get bellinger.

Double gold meant I could be dumb buying boxes, took me 26 of them to get anyone, pulled Santana on the last one.  3 of them after I’d spent enough gold for Bregman.
