I got the run around by them and pro flowers purchase. They both said it was the others fault. Took a few days worth of emails until pro flowers just refunded my money, but still delivered the flowers
Pro flowers was the worst. Ordered for my 90 year old grandmother on her bday last year, they charged me for the flowers, never gave me the tapjoy gold reward after showing receipts, and didn’t even deliver the flowers. Didn’t even find out until couple weeks later when I asked grandma how she liked the flowers. “What flowers?”... ?!!! Poor grandma thought I just blew her off on her bday. Had to go through my cc company to get the money back because they wouldn’t issue a refund and kept saying it was delivered. And, again, never got my gold either.
