Leveling up players

I am at gold, but when leveling up my SP he went to platinum 1 because of the lag that happens when leveling players. It took 300 gold and evo, then went right back to gold 10. Has anyone had luck getting their gold/evo back?

Had the same problem when I was Silver. Upgraded to fast and it glitched and upgraded to Gold. Took my gold and then went back and saw that my player was reset to Silver 10 but I was still short 100 gold. Started a ticket and they saw it on their end and immediately gave me 100 gold back!

Dam. Thats happened few times to me.  I never noticed if gold was missing.

Wish I would have started a ticket now @McSteezy69. I just assumed it was lost gold since we all know how glu likes their loopholes.
