Hey, guys.

So over the weekend, we were battling xcastlex for 1st place. We were back and forth by a few million and far ahead of anyone else in the bracket. About 3:30am Saturday morning, the club completely disappeared. I logged in and was no longer in a club. The rest of my clubmates were locked out. Any time they try accessing the app, it crashes at 61%. Most of us are VIP and spent hundreds of $$$ this weekend, as well as thousands of gold. Now we have no rewards to show for our progress and investment and all of my clubmates STILL cannot access the app.

Club name was "Degen" if anyone has any answers or is able to help. It was a reset that was started on Thursday. Even searching the club in club search crashes the app. Seems like some kind of fatal glitch that caused the club to completely vanish. I've emailed tapsportscommunity@glu.com and used the VIP hotline, and no one has responded. The attached photo is from xcastlex several hours after the club vanished. You can see that we still have a solid hold on 2nd place, but the glitch stole any chance we would have had of competing for 1st. Again, 17 other members in the club STILL cannot access their teams due to the app crashing at 61%.

Sounds like you were busted cheating. Maybe not you personally, but someone in the club.

@Metsicans To my knowledge, everyone in the club was playing honestly. We did have a couple of people stop in to help with a few points, but their teams looked legit too.

The weird thing is I started a new club Saturday afternoon and the same thing happened to me on Sunday. The club completely vanished. And I know for a fact my team hasn't done anything dishonest.

How do you get in a bracket like this where third place is 50 million?

@woohoo77 we're a reset club. I guess that helps. That was also Saturday, so I doubt the bracket looked like that at the end of the event.

Sounds like what I expect glu to do to the clubs that exploited the glove glitch.

@whynot we were a reset club and had just gotten to silver. We didn't have a glove glitch.

CS got it all sorted out. It was some bad data with the leader's account. All of us are back in, and we got a pretty incredible gift for our trouble.

@matt_sackett we couldn't access the app for over 72 hours. We missed out on WOH and all the special Memorial Day offers, etc. So, while the gift was nice, we still missed out on a lot.
