Rewards and draft picks

Is it me or is the XP rewards in the tiers and the draft picks  pretty much don’t do much for your team. I thought  this year maybe they would make the draft picks at least have one boost. Just a thought.

JM, by June the standard draft picks rarely make the team (bonuses excepted).  However, the more you level, the more you’ll need xp, so keep on trading those draftees in!

Draft picks provide usable players for maybe your first 500-750 games, and only the first 20 percent of that do you get usable players at a consistent rate. 

After that, picks are pretty much just xp-providing meat sacks used to level up the good players you've already received. You build your team by buying boxes. You get the gold for those boxes by watching videos.

When Glu shrinks the amount of videos you are allowed to watch, you stop playing, because halting team growth isn't fun, and the amount of revenue you've generated for Glu via videos to this point is enough to justify your continued patronage. Hint, hint.
