Quite possibly.  His hit rating is just ok, but good power, and of course the double skills always active in Walkoff.

350 is the best permanent blue XP player available. Unless you have a secret way of getting a ton of Prime XP this guy is very valuable at this point

Simmons is good but righty on righty skill isn't ideal.  They had a version of him late in 18 with same righty on righty and I was a bit disappointed in him after I invested a lot of resources.

I used to feel the same way but got bored cycling yesterday (gold classic) and beat 4.10 and 5.10 first try with both Phillies Rhys and with Simmons.  Both have the same side skill so I’m not as convinced anymore.
