My guess is Blackmon and Max for the NL; DJ and Lynn(or Cole) for the AL.
Lynn 3-0 2.91 ERA 34 IP 41 K Cole 3-0 1.89 ERA 38 IP 49 K
It's gotta be Cole, I'd think? Actually there are a few there for AL. Mike Minor, Mike Fiers, and Giolito could actually repeat with 4 wins and a 2.50 ERA and 46 Ks.
@JEDDDOGGY I think Lynn was 4-0, 2.9 ERA, 40 IP, 48Ks. Another thing in his favor is that four of those games were pitched at home. That's noteworthy because Arlington is one of the best ballparks for hitters(traditionally right up there with coors).
Ok, yep! My filter was set at last 30 days which left out one game.
Also, I definitely load up on those games in Arlington in DFS haha. EDIT: Although it's been pretty average this season, I remember it being a gold mine last year - http://www.espn.com/mlb/stats/parkfactor

Charlie Blackmon and DJ Lemahieu
Max Scherzer and Gerrit Cole
Pete Alonso and Yordan Alvarez
Lance Lynn was robbed imo.
Will Smith or for NL and Ian Kennedy for AL probably have the best overall numbers, I'd say.
