It was a NEED decision.  They are expensive to level, and he has no position with Bell and Pence locked in.  Once his max passes theirs, he will take over at 1b, most likely, so I will bring him along, just a little slower.  I needed Ichiro and Whitey much more.

Edit:. He is WAR Leadedt Goldschmidt.  True max 520, so he is only 359 current max.  I have him at g2 right now, but skills are only 2 each, so he is not startable.
