That's more like it. I am used to seeing the word newsletter somewhere, though. Anyone think there is any chance this was a correction to the regular gift, and the newsletter gift is still to come?
@retirepujols they put out a mini promotion a few months back to sign up/reconfirm your email for the newsletter to get some extra rewards... I thought it was a one-off at the time, but has become a regular second gifting now

There will a newsletter later tonight if you provided your email address in the VIP lounge at the bottom section of help & info. Make sure to read it as sometimes there is opportunity to get additional rewards through it.

Did everybody receive the latest VIP gift set? I haven’t and i’m starting to get concerned
I also didn’t receive the 3rd one. I messaged CS and was told not all VIPs received the gift and it was intentional, but couldn’t tell me why.
I’m not happy, why can’t they just treat everyone fairly and equally? It’s stuff like this that makes people quit and I don’t understand why they continue to do things like this. I mean, it’s not that the gift was great, it’s just the principle.
Got a reply saying I wasn't registered to the VIP newsletter and that's why I didn't get it. Total crap because I have been signed up for 2 years. Everyone who didn't get it is getting different replies from CS.
