Cannot sub players

So I am trying to switch my starting SS Simmons for Rosario for the event. However when I try to do this I cannot, nor can i sub any other players. When I try, it brings up the list of potential players I can sub them for, but the button beside their profile you usually click on to switch players is missing.

Anyone else have this issue?
