Flashing arrow for All Star progression

I've reached all star level 10 however could not collect my rewards. I messaged glu for a resolve and was given my rewards separately. Now I still have the red arrows bugging the hell out of me. Does something else come with this level of achievement? I've spent good money to get to this point only to be bothered by these annoying arrows. Makes me not want to spend more money in the future.
