Opening a Ticket

I cant open a ticket anymore, what so I do. It still has my ticket open from a prior admin. I responded to it again with a question that I needed to speak to an admin about. Im waiting for a response. Is there anything that I should do to ensure that my question is seen by the admins?

    Sometimes they leave the ticket open, I think intentionally, so you cannot submit another. Very irritating, but has been a while since it has happened to me.

    That happened to me once and I had gone through like three different issues while being ignored. I started to blow the message up and they eventually closed it.
