CvC round lost points

Just scored 922,420 in the first round of CvC and the game doesn’t close properly so I have to reboot and lose the points. Club gets credit but not me. I really hate when that happens. Of course CS gives the standard answer to make sure I have enough memory and good WiFi signal etc. That’s not the problem. Argh!!!
