How to improve my lineup?

how can I improve my lineup? I can cycle classic only for the 350 reg player, but only have 4 primes and limited pxp. 
Min working on upgrades and pennants for best guys atm.
any advice would be nice

Also almost all have skills maxed to 8, some are at 4 but most are 8. Sadly wasted xp upgrading a ton of skills early on that I regretted and am being careful but have 8+ skills on all primes and guys with 2 of the same skills
