Level of bonus players in cvc

CVC seems to be my bane. How leveled should a player be where you would want to use them for a multiplier ? My current lineup is pretty much all 420 + primes/legends ( I’m in gold for my tier ) I typically wont use the bxp bonus players ( 211 capped compared to my 246 ) I used mookie today because I was able to almost cycle cap him. Should I use any maxed out bxp bonus players? Should their secondaries be leveled even though I’ll never use them ?what about prime players. Most of the time I don’t have stockpiled pxp and if they won’t make my team I won’t level them more then b6 or so. 

I don’t have much of a shot of winning the matches In my club ( top tier reset club ) but I like to st least max out the 75 million field pass milestone

B10 prime or legend is surprisingly good and s10 won’t break the bank;  you should aim to stockpile at least that much.
