Put in a ticket to CS at 2:50pm yesterday about my fan rewards resetting after spending 1240 gold. I finally hear back after midnight saying they are refunding the gold. Today I have yet to get any gold and am jailed for no apparent reason, I don't even know how the 3rd party apps work and if I did I would probably have a better team and more gold.
