420 versus 430

I have a bunch of 420 guys that's I've upgraded to silver 10 with skills 7%/7% and I'm moving my team to gold.  Now that 430s are becoming the standard, I'm trying to figure out if it's worth upgrading the new 430 guys I have or just continuing to upgrade the 420's.  If my calculations are correct, the hitting values aren't far off (~303 vs. 320) and I could save quite a bit of resources.

450 is the new black;  I'd target that as you minimum for new players.
