Fix the CvC panning issue

I have lost two large CvsC scores today because of the CvsC panning issue.  This should have been priority #1 with the new update.  No one enjoys paying cash for autoplays plus gold for boosts and continues only for it not to count.  

PLEASE fix this!!

Priority 1B should be to fix the manual lineup problem. I can't even set my lineup to get multipliers going to even think about high scores.

Yes, the agents (rookies), on numerous occasions have confirmed this. WiFi in India can be hit or miss at times.....
