Video playback and ticket creation issues following Android update

Since the forced upgrade today, my Android team can no longer successfully watch achievement/gold/boost/extension videos. When started, the game goes into a loop flashing between the game screen and the video (or helpdesk for ticket creation). I know others in my club are on Android and have not had this issue, so I’m thinking it might be limited to older Android versions. (Alt team is on an older Samsung phone) But mainly curious if anyone else is experiencing this issue. I opened a ticket for it from my main iPhone based team....but of course couldn’t send a screenshot because THAT is broken on iOS now. Unreal.
