New phone. Need syncing help!

My old phone dead, I mean, It's DEAD. I downloaded and logged into Facebook on my new phone. Downloaded and started TSB and tried to connect my facebook. The game restarted and I get stuck at 37 saying  "Unable to start the game Please make sure you're not using an anonymous proxy and not running the game on a jailbroken device." 

Would like to talk to Customer Support to resolve this please and thank you!

Are you using a VPN? I've seen this error on people using a VPN.

I cannot due to I get stuck at the 37 error. Brand new phone. No root no nothing.

Go the the announcement thread at the top called something like “read this before you post” and go to the original post. I believe it has a link to customer service outside of the app
