Tough call in the NL player of the month race. Arenado or Josh Bell. I’d probably go with Bell. In the AL, not as clear cut at the top. I’d go with Bregman.
NL starter should be Ryu. AL starter, probably Odorizzi.
AL reliever should be Chapman (though Greene has a shot). I think it is Hader in the NL (but Yates was good too).
NL rookie, Austin Riley (but Alonso could conceivably repeat). AL rookie had to be Chavis I think.
I agree that NL POTM comes down to Arenado and Bell, which is a tough call.
AL POTM is even tougher, as it could be Bregman, Devers, Springer, Meadows, Polanco, etc. (Springer would have been clear cut if he didn’t get hurt)
AL starter will be either Giolito or Odorizzi, but I go with Giolito
NL starter is Ryu
I also agree that it will be Chapman and Hader for relievers.
AL rookie isn’t so clear cut, in my opinion, as it could be Chavis, Guerrero, Lowe (again) or even Bieber has a shot.
NL rookie will come down to what voters feel is more valuable: Bryan Reynolds full month of great production or Riley’s half month of other-worldly production, which is another difficult decision in my book.
Ok. Thought that was the case. I just couldn't remember from last year. I don't even remember if anyone DID repeat last year, though Yelich was a pretty safe bet.

Will be fun to find out soon though!
Edit: Rookies! lol
