I knew some people that did this before @DFBB, the thing that I wanted to say is that currently they are jailing teams that do this right away, but the club still keep the points that the jailed teams did, hopefully they didn't do too much by that time
I totally get your point, I'd feel the same if it happened to me. CS is probably getting swamped with tickets for that issue right now, so it might take them a bit more time to answer. Hopefully they can solve this for you soon, even with those generic answers!

If it's backed up with your email, after completing the Tutorial you can go in the Settings and select the Email option to back up your team. It is fixed, they said it in another post. The only problem they have with this now, it's that even after jailing the teams that did this, their points still stay in the Club. They are also working on solving this at the moment, but you can always contact CS if this happened to your Club.

He's right on point! If you have problems logging back in though, you'll have to contact CS so they can unlock it. Here's a picture I received from them when I told them about it.

Totally agree with you. Again today after 300 approx Gold from them, they stopped working again, how can they tell me that it's because of where I live when I always get the same every day... There's definitely a limit and they don't want to admit it, that's the worst part
