I've been level 10 for a few days now and still nothing I sent a screen shot in to them as got a response say I have to progress further I the game in order to get my level 10 reward. So i mean what does that mean it kind of legit a scam that I have to wait even tho I already have gained to what I need and still nothing

What they dont tell you is once you gain to level 10 you aren't VIP till they make you one like I'm level 10 now and I'm still just waiting to get my reward it's kind of stupid
