Someone in the customer care forum said the wait time for BS:AD tickets is 3-4 days. Wonder how they figure that. I have tickets outstanding from mid May. (Most problems were fixed with the game update though.)
Sucks that this is happening to other people, but I'm glad I'm not the only one who spent gems only to have the last event not work. I used gems to rush the event and then the event disappeared so I had no chance of getting the last item. Waste of gems and time.
Makes sense. Any reply I've gotten has never included a resolution, it's always "we'll let the developers know." Frustrating, but good to know. As someone who's spent money on IAPs in the past, now I at least know not to when it's Glu's games.
AND NOW... After using gems to get to the 4th event for the weekend event and now the event has disappeared. So I'm out b gems and don't even have a chance at earning the item.
Glu support is terrible to deal with in the app. Not sure what this guys saying about 3-4 days, I've had issues ignored for several weeks from their support team.
Request a refund through your App Store. It took them more than 2 weeks to reply and they weren't even able to help, it was simply a "we'll look into it."
So nice that you're doing something this time. When my single wasn't charting and sold enough to be in top 5, support told me it wasn't charting because it didn't sell enough.
I don't know. Would suck to have to start all over considering how much time I've invested so far, and I'd lose items earned from weekend events that you can't buy. Ideally they figure it out and fix the problem and prevent it from happening to other users in the future. We'll see though.
I would love new features to record labels but I think the team would be better to focus on fixing the problems with the game before adding new features. I'm waiting on a reply from over a week ago, and frankly support has been awful.
