Pick em problem

So yesterdays pick em was all no...and that is what i submitted.  Or so i thought...later while talking about it with my team i double checked to see which question the team was talking about, since they were using terms like first question or second question..

While checking i noticed that it had regustered me with all yes instead of all no...did this happen to anybody else?  Customer service has not gotten back to me yet...i texted them as soon as i noticed the mistake.
