Issue with Gold Ballpark Bundle

I already opened a ticket with Customer Care, but just wondering if anyone else has experienced this:
I bought the Gold Ballpark Bundle right away when the game dropped on Monday. I received the one-time 400 gold bonus, got the first day 6 gold reward, and even got a receipt from Apple confirming my purchase. On Wednesday, it suddenly hit me that I hadn't collected the daily gold on Tuesday. I'm usually reminded when the game sends me a notification. Went to go collect it and I'm getting the ad "Only $9.99 - GET NOW!" as if I never bought it.
I opened the ticket yesterday, so hopefully it all gets squared away... but very strange.
