Can't Login On This Device message

Been trying to play the new 2020 version for days. Keeps freezing and crashing. Today, I uninstalled/reinstalled and now, when I try to login, I get a CAN'T LOGIN ON THIS DEVICE. USE ORIGINAL DEVICE. This is a new phone and I have been playing 2019 and 2020 on it, for over a month. Help, please
