Am I blind? I dont see a 4.5 star

    It's 4 stars or better. You got something called Wilmer Font. Congratulations!

    I'm confused by what you mean by 5.7 and 5.8.  You mean the round and level?

    It definitely says guarentee 1 4.5 star or better. Also I cleared all my inactives before I opened that. Totally got Wilmer Fonted

    maybe it just changed, I dunno, I haven't really noticed that item in years.

    I believe they become where a 4.5 star is guaranteed once you reach gold.
