Gold from download offers ' question

There was an offer over the weekend to download and get to level 15 in the Game of Thrones game/ app.  After playing this game consistently for the last 5 days, I'm finally level 13.

  I went back to view to view the offer to get a little more motivation as the game is pretty tedious but I could not fine the offer.   Does the offer go away or to another screen for active/ pending  ...quests for a lack of a better work? 

Do you think its possible Glu removed such offer?

On the page with all the offers, click the 3 lines in the top left corner of the screen. Then click "reward status". You should find it there pending. If not, then I guess glu nixed it.
