How to play in the versus games

I’m new to the game and I’m wondering how do I play in the versus games. I am in a club but don’t know how to play in the games.

    Start game/select match me or type in team name in nickname search
    I'm confused by what you mean by 5.7 and 5.8.  You mean the round and level?
