What's the best lineup order to maximize points with bonus players? 

Is it to put them all at the top of the order?

I find that sometimes it works for a bit of a run but then it dies off. Just looking for ways to score as big as possible.

The way I've been doing it (could be sub-optimal):
If you get bonus points for every hit, then top of the order seems good (maximizes plate appearances).
If you get bonus points for every RBI, maybe 4th or so in the order (to maximize RBI opportunities).
Hopefully smarter people will chime in.
