Is Foil Mookie 335 Max permanent?

Was just wondering because I wound up pulling both the foil and regular Mookie the same day... I play both but i know down the road one will become obsolete.

I believe the regular one had the better skill set.

    They both are permanent 330-335 and they will both be obsolete very soon.
