How can we trust anything?

2 things.  Why would anyone spend money with a company that they have no direct way to contact.  I sure as hell won't.  Also, how can we trust you game stats, which we use to make player decisions, when they are not accurate.  Just finished a 19 to 0 shutout,  and my pitcher was charged with giving up an earned run.  Maybe that sounds petty and had minimal effect in this situation, but what else is inaccurate?
