New Update

 My update is still not working, when I update the app it gets to 16% and force closes every time, I've uninstalled and reinstalled the game several times to the same results, and I always have to delete again and the download the older version again, so I am still not able to play daily dingers or any of the new stuff. It is a Samsung Note 9, my wife has the same exact phone with my other account on it and it updated just fine. Has anyone else had this issue and have you been able to resolve it? Customer service is saying they don't know what is causing this issue, I just don't get why it worked fine on one account but not the other.  Any help or tips would be great.
