Elite subscription fail

Two weeks ago I purchased the 20$ Elite VIP weekly subscription pack from the VIP lounge. For those that don’t know, it gives you instant rewards but mainly gives you 15% discount off all mystery boxes and more pertinently, 10% extra gold on all gold purchases. Last Thursday night (god only knows how long it has actually been like this) I noticed that I wasn’t actually being credited the extra 10% gold. It shows me how much I am supposed to get on a separate screen after every purchase but doesn’t actually credit to my account. I reached out to customer care and have consistently been told that “the team responsible for this has been made aware and is looking into it.” I have reached out a few times for an update but get the same response with a request for patience as Glu happily takes my 20$ weekly subscription fee. Anyone else have this issue?
