Boxes won't open and matches won't finish

Can someone assist me on how to remedy this issue? I am unable to open boxes, my matches won't load through after each one and my club points won't accrue. This has never happened before and I have tried everything from force stop, restarting my phone, clearing cache and Uninstaller and reuploading game.
